Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
As this is a food item, we will only accept unused returned items if they were received in such a state the product was inedible or unusable.
Returns shall not be accepted if you are dissatisfied with the product, for example (but not limited to) if you do not like the taste.
We will not accept returned damaged products, where the damage has occurred during courier or freight services, or where the product has been inappropriately handled. Claims for damage during shipping shall be direct with the courier/ freight company. We recommend purchasing insurance.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be shown to be in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required, along with a valid reason the claim is being made.
In the event we initiate a return of product, for example, to allow us to inspect, we will start the return process. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
