SUBMITWhy Trace Honey?
Before we jar up the honey, it gets carefully inspected, tasted and sometimes blended for the perfect consistency and flavour. We then pour them into extremely high grade stainless steel tanks, ready to be potted. This is called one batch of honey.
We trace these batches back to their beehives, and we know exactly where in New Zealand each jar of honey comes from.
Every batch of honey is unique in its own right. The colour, aaroma and flavours all change from batch to batch. This could be due to seasonal variations and climate or just sourced from different parts of our beautiful country.
By searching your batch above, you can learn more about the honey you've purchased, it's activity levels, tasting notes and locations.
