Sourced predominately from two unique and pure locations in New Zealand, carefully blended together with a small batch from Otago to create balanced and smooth flavours of caramel, butterscotch and a hint of honeydew. These two nearly uninhabited locations are Tongariro National Park, where volcanos loom in the background of white blossom Manuka, and the foot of the majestic Southern Alps in the Canterbury high country.
